Joseph Griffiths
Joseph Griffiths is a Melbourne based artist, whose work spans a variety of media and techniques, moving freely between drawing, painting, printmaking, collage and digital imaging. His work interrogates the contemporary image age, where our experience of the world is so visually mediated, and the bombardment of information so relentless. His recent body of large drawings explores contemporary iconography, to find new meanings and relationships, illuminating the humorous ironies and contradictions therein.
