NEWS FLASH
It’s official, Penthouse Mouse is back for 2012!
This year we bring together a fresh bunch of artists and designers and live music for a thrilling program of events. In a soon to be confirmed location, Penthouse Mouse will showcase AW ranges from a selection of local fashion and accessory designers as well as a diverse cache of jewellers. Many of these items will be available for purchase throughout the event at False Economy, our onsite store.
The brief has been written for the artists response and their outcomes will be exhibited throughout the space. We are also proud to announce that Penthouse Mouse will by popular demand present Mid Mouse; our final night where we host 2 runway shows featuring participating labels and styled by Connel Chiang. Labels to be announced and tickets on sale soon.
NOW! Diarise and highlight these dates: Friday March 2 is the launch of Penthouse Mouse. The shop is open 12 - 4 daily during the week and don't miss our Mid Mouse runway shows and party on the closing night Friday March 9.

If there were no walls,
no structures,
no buildings,
where would we be?
would we be free?
Ben's installation work is a manifestation of his enduring interest in perception, identity and society's relationship with the urban environment. His photographic installations aim to challenge our pre-conceived notions of the urban environment as one of permanency and stability. By placing anonymous, large scale images into inhabited spaces, Ben invites the viewer to detach from their physical surroundings and explore a world fuelled by their imagination. Through this experience, the viewer can begin to question how they interact with, and respond to the man-made environment; and the influence this has on their perception of what is possible and what is real.
For Penthouse Mouse, Ben will create a large scale installation aimed to question the scale and significance of our actions and existence.
Ben is based in Melbourne and is forever thinking.
